Space occupancy heatmap

The bookings dashboard has a new Space Utilization tab: a month-long heatmap showing how much of each space's opening hours was booked, day by day.

How it works

  1. Open the tab

    Under Analytics and Insights, open the bookings dashboard and choose Space Utilization.

  2. Read the grid

    Each row is a space and each column a day of the month. Darker cells mean a fuller day, from Less to More.

  3. Check a day

    Hover a cell to see the date and how full the space was, for example 62% occupied. Each row also shows the space's monthly average.

  4. Change month

    Use the arrows next to the month name to go back or forward, up to a year either way.

Know which spaces work hardest

Occupancy counts booked time against each space's opening hours and capacity, so busy and quiet spaces are easy to compare.
