Project overview map

The new Overview page shows your project's master plan, with each building or unit coloured by what matters right now: which units are occupied, and where tickets and visits are building up.

How it works

  1. Open the map

    Click Overview in the menu and choose a Project.

  2. Buildings or units

    Under View, switch between Buildings and Units.

  3. Pick a metric

    Colour the map by Occupancy, Pending Visits, Total Visits, Active Tickets or Total Tickets. The legend shows what each colour means.

  4. Check one place

    Click a building or unit to see its figures. For a building's occupancy, you see the share of units occupied.

Your whole project at a glance

Ask your RAY account manager to turn on the Overview page and set up your project's master plan.
